Research & Prototyping

Our research and prototyping service supports MedTech and medical operations with rapid concept development and small‑batch production. Using our in‑house 4‑axis CNC machine, fibre laser, 3D FDM printer, UV printer and resin moulding capability, we turn clinical ideas into functional, testable prototypes.

Calibration & Servicing

Our MedTech team provides specialist calibration and servicing for patient monitors, defibrillators, syringe drivers and ventilators, using the latest Fluke equipment and manufacturer protocols to ensure reliable accuracy, compliance and uninterrupted patient care.

Project SmartFace

Project SmartFace restores worn or damaged medical device fascias, overlays and labels to as‑new condition using our in‑house UV printing and laser capabilities. By refreshing casings rather than replacing whole units, we improve usability and legibility, extend equipment life and reduce avoidable waste.

Project RapidNight

Project RapidNight delivers pre‑configured, workflow‑driven prehospital kit layouts with custom inserts, colour‑coding and reflective, low‑light labelling, making critical equipment faster to locate and safer to use in dark or high‑stress environments.
